We all dream of a holiday far away from the city noise and wake up to nature's own quiet sounds. Villa Pavino offers relaxation and is located outside the town of Skradin, in an olive grove in the village of Dubravice, near the Krka National Park. A perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
Completely secluded on a 5,500 square meter property full of trees and herbs.
You will be seduced by the fascinating view from the poolarea over Lake Prokljan and its nature, while you can enjoy the scent of lavender, sage and rosemary.
The villa is built in a traditional Dalmatian style, with elements of stone, wood and glass combined to create a visual impression in line with the nature that surrounds it.
All rooms at Villa Pavino face south with breathtaking views, have floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces suitable for early morning coffee on the balcony or a pre-sunset cocktail. Each room has air conditioning, double beds and a private bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a modern equipped kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom and an extra toilet with washing machine and dryer. From the living room you reach the dining room through the open floor plan.
Around the large wooden dining table, you can spend the evenings enjoying the mediterranean cuisine.
Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a smaller living room with a comfortable sofa and a Playstation 5
The inner garden has a 12 meter long, heated infinity pool with a built-in jacuzzi and solarium.
The pool area has a summer kitchen with wood and gas grill and a large dining table overlooking the poolarea.
Enjoy dinners with a lovely view, in the light afternoon breeze. Spend the evening around the open fire as it gets cooler.
The courtyard offers space for sports activities and group training programs for those who want a more active holiday.
For children there is a playground with a tower house, slide, swing, goal posts and plenty of open space to play
At the property there is also a private vegetable garden, where you can pick fresh vegetables for your meals. We also offer the service of pre-ordering meat from local farmers.
Villa Pavino is a green, environmentally friendly family farm with solar-powered heating systems, biodegradable wastewater treatment and composting systems. For those who want to know more about agriculture, we offer a visit to our 30-hectare plantation with almond and olive trees, just 10 minutes' drive away.
After relaxing at Villa Pavino, sampling the local delicacies, you can explore the surrounding area. Perhaps take a trip by private boat from Lake Visovac in the Krka National Park to the 2 waterfalls located in the Krka River, which is among Croatia's top tourist attractions.
For those who want an active holiday, there are several activities such as hiking and biking routes through the Krka National Park, a boat trip to the Kornati National Park, jeep safari to the mountains of Velebit-one of the most famous nautical towns in Croatia.
The town of Skradin is only a 5-minute drive away, while you can reach Sibenik with its rich history in just 20 minutes. Zadar can be reached in 45 minutes.
