Amazing Stone Villa with Pool in Dubrovnik Region
This amazing stone house is located in the Dubrovnik area, in beautiful ambiance surrounded by greenery. The house is completely renovated, modernly furnished and equipped while at the same time authentic and modern in order to fulfill all needs for relaxing and carefree vacations.
The house is set up on 3 floors, and in total consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, pool / billiard room, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and one toilet.
Villa accommodates 10 to 12 guests.
Layout:
This authentic stone villa has 3 floors connected by internal staircases.
At the ground floor are fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, entertainment room with pool / billiard table, and toilet.
There is also one additional room in which you will find wine boutique.
Upper, first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, and each has en-suite bathrooms.
2 of the bedrooms have 2 separated twin beds, while the third bedroom at the floor has double bed.
From the hallway on this floor you may exit to the covered outdoor terrace.
On the last attic floor, are 2 more bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a sofa, which may be used as extra beds.
All bedrooms in the villa have flat screen TV.
Entire villa is air conditioned, windows have thermo-isolated three-layer glasses with built in mosquito nets.
Outside:
Central part of outdoor area has a 45 square meter sized swimming pool which has shallow part, therefore entrance to the pool is easy and adjusted to children. Around the pool are sunbeds and aside its covered terrace are large table with chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and evening gatherings.
In the front yard there is also a childrens playground as well as an outdoor Jacuzzi with hot tub at quests’ disposal.
On the upper side of the villa there is another terrace as well as private parking for 3 cars.

Damage deposit: 500 € (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
