In a small village in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula you will find the beautiful 5-star Villa Kanco (400 m2) with amazing mountain views and picturesque green surroundings. The villa was designed by an artist, a very talented designer awarded twice with the prestigious London Prize.
The villa consists of four bedrooms, all with its interior in different colors. Each room has its own living room and its private bathroom. There are also two separate bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room with a comfortable sofa, a charming fireplace and playstation 4-entertainment for children. All the living rooms and all bedrooms are equipped with LED television, and all areas are air conditioned.
It accommodates 10 people and has a relaxation room with jacuzzi and sauna as well as a pool of 50 m2 size (with massage function).
The villa is surrounded by 1000 m2 of green lawn and has a covered terrace with a large wooden table and a barbecue grill. A separate building (100 m2) houses a playroom with table tennis, table football, billiards, dart and an indoor barbecue.
The backyard offers fun for the kids like a swing, slide, trampoline and is surrounded by olive trees, flowers and a green fence. The villa is also extremely pet-friendly as the yard is completely closed and safe for your pets to play in.
Villa Kanco is located in Frkeči near the town of Barban. You will find the nearby beaches in Krnica, Rabac and Rakalj, all about 15 km from the villa and 40 km from the beautiful and famous Istrian pearls such as Rovinj, Porec, Vrsar and Rabac. Heating throughout the house makes it suitable for rent also during the winter period
