This luxury 5 bedroom villa is a 2-storey property and offers a terrace with infinity edge swimming pool and cascading gardens with mediterranean plants.
It´s terrace offers outdoor barbecue with a summer kitchen and outdoor dining under the partly covered porch-perfect for group gatherings and fresh prepared meals.
This area is built on a private rocky beach with boat mooring and crystal clear sea.
The villa consists of a kitchen with dining and living room, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one guests' toilet, storage and laundry room and accommodates 10 to 12 guests.
The whole villa is air conditioned, has central heating system, and free Wi-fi Internet access.
Disposition:
Ground floor:
The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as dishwasher, stone, oven, refrigerator, wine fridge, coffee/tea maker, blender, microwave, toaster, dishwasher etc. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen for guests to enjoy breakfast or just a snack. Next to it is the dining area, suitable for 10-12 people. The living room area has a comfy corner sofa, an indoor fireplace, flat screen SAT / Cable TV, CD/DVD player, radio and a video library
Living room area opens up to the outdoor terrace by sliding glass doors, letting the light in.
This floor has one bedroom with a king size double bed, an en-suite bathroom leading out to the outdoor terrace as well as a shared bathroom and a storage and laundry room with washing machine.
First floor:
Upper floor has 4 bedrooms, all with an exit to private balconies with a gorgeous view.
2 bedrooms have king size double beds, with a possibility to add 1 extra bed in each and en-suite-bathroom with shower
3rd bedroom has a king size double bed, while the 4th bedroom at this floor has 2 single / twin beds.
These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are fully equipped, as well as bathrooms offering hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, paper towels, basic toiletries.
Patio:
The front terrace with it´s outdoor pool is central part of the villa. The pool is freshwater pool with a custom fitted overflow system and environmentally ionized water (instead of chlorine cleaning).
Around the pool are sunbeds and umbrellas. An outdoor shower is also available.
From the terrace you may enjoy the beautiful sea views and evening sunsets.
Next to the poolside is the partly covered dining area with table and chairs for 12 people, as well as the summer kitchen with built in barbecue.
The maintained gardens are full of beautiful plants and trees such as mature palm trees, olive trees, citrus, agave, rosemary and other herbs and vegetables. With all it`s greenery it adds additional value as well as tranquility and peace to this beautiful spot- a perfect seaside setting to enjoy the sun and sea with family and friends and to explore one of the most beautiful Croatian island – The island Vis and it´s untouched nature and amazing hidden bays.
Private covered parking for 5 cars is available on site.
