A fantastic house for a family holiday and for those of you who are looking for real relaxation from everyday life while having everything you need close and available. Surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view of the sea.
Just a few minutes by car, and you are in the center of Sutivan, at the beach, in a restaurant, or at the Nature Park Sutivan with it´s Sport Rehabilitation Center, where you will find a Zoo garden, horse and pony riding, zip line, a botanical area, childrens playgrounds, trampolines and sport courts (futsal, volleyball, basketball, boccia etc.), as well as amphitheater, fountains and restaurants.
The house is located in Sutivan in island of Brac, and has its own 700 olive trees, stretching all over the field, where guests may walk and pick fruits from the garden, which has lemon trees and sweet briar.
Biking trails are close to the house, connecting Sutivan and Mirca through olive groves. It is an area perfect for biking and hiking.
In front of the house there is a beautiful terrace with private swimming pool, sun beds, outdoor shower (solar energy), and a covered part with terrace furniture.
A lounge area with an outdoor barbecue grill/summer kitchen, and a dining area perfect for fresh prepared food and outdoor meals with family or friends.
On the inside, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, a dining and living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is also a laundry area with a washing machine available.
There is also lounge area at the front terrace, which offers summer kitchen with BBQ / grill, as well as outdoor dining area.
The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens with various fruits and vegetables, olive groves, and organic nature. Altogether it provides peace, privacy and true relaxation.
