It allows the spectacular views overlooking the central Adriatic islands, but also the beauty of the other side over the Mosor mountain, whose peaks touch the sky.

The luxury villa Jasenice is sized 500 square meters and has 4 levels. It is completely designer decorated and furnished. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 4 double bedrooms / suites with ensuite bathrooms. In total, the villa has 7 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Additionally it has a spa & wellness zone, laundry room, covered locked parking and a heated swimming pool.

The outside area of this exclusive luxury villa is fenced all around. On the inside-the villa has alarm and a video monitoring system, as well as safe deposit boxes. It is energetic and ecological certified. It´s combination of glass and stone creates enchanting design and gives a touch of Dalmatian charm.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests.

Basement:

Near the entrance door of the villa, there is a door that leads to the basement. On the south side you will find a SPA & Wellness zone with a finnish sauna, a turkish bath and a steam bath with massage table, bathroom with hydro massage shower and water massager. Close to it, there is lounge area with SAT TV and Hi Fi system. The whole area is covered with floor heating and air condition. On the north side is the toilet, a small storage room, a fully equipped mini kitchen with dining area for up to 10 people, a small gym with stepper and training device. In this part there is also SAT TV and a Hi-Fi system, laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as boiler, roller ironing board, steam iron as well as a classic ironing board and a solar boiler with capacity of 300 liters.

Ground floor:

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, dishes and all cooking and eating utensils) and a dining room with table and chairs for 10 people. There is a living room that opens onto a large terrace with swimming pool with an amazing view over the open sea and the islands. The living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV and home cinema system, a comfy sofa that may be transformed into an extra bed for 2 persons, an armchair, as well as a natural fireplace. There is one toilet for common use.

Complete ground floor is covered with floor heating and air condition, as well as Wi Fi Internet access.

Near the living room is the entrance to the double bedroom with a king size bed, desk, SAT TV, Wi Fi Internet access, AC, and an en-suite bathroom with massage shower.

First floor:

This floor has two bedrooms. In front of the bedrooms there is storage room. Both bedrooms have double beds, balcony with an amazing sea view, desk, SAT TV, Wi Fi Internet access, AC, and en-suite

bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with floor heating, and massage shower tub, while the other has floor heating and a jacuzzi massage hot tub with chromo therapy and aromatherapy.

Second floor:

On this floor there is one double bedroom with an en-suite glassed wall bathroom with floor heating and massage shower.

The bedroom is equipped with a desk, Wi Fi Internet access, printer – scanner - fax machine, AC, SAT TV and DVD player. There is also a roof window that, together with the ceiling lightning, provides an effect of a sky full of stars.

Outside:

On the area of approx. 350 square meters around the villa, there is terrace in front of the ground floor of 140 square meters with an open view over the central Adriatic islands and the sea. There is an infinity swimming pool with heating possibility, a set of massage jets, and counter current swimming. Near the pool is a shower with cold and hot / warm water, and sun beds. This area is covered with an awning in the form of sail. There is also a dining table with up to 10 seats and a lounge corner garniture plus armchairs(?). flera antar jag?
