The remaining payment is made on one or more payment occasions, but no later than 42

EXPERIENCE
Organizer’s instructions
8.1 The traveler is obliged to follow the instructions for carrying out the trip provided by the tour
guide or by another person hired by the organizer. The traveler is obliged to respect the rules of
order that apply to the trip and to the destination and to behave so that fellow travelers or others
are not disturbed. If the traveler violates this in a significant way, the organizer can terminate the
agreement without the traveler being entitled to compensation or refund.
The passenger’s liability for damage
8.2 The traveler is responsible for any damages due to damage caused by the traveler through
negligence.
The traveler’s responsibility for formalities
8.3 The traveler is responsible for observing the necessary formalities for the implementation of
the trip, such as possession of a valid passport, visa, vaccinations, and insurance (accident insurance and other relevant insurance).
Please note that the organizer strongly recommends that the necessary insurance is taken
out by the traveler in connection with travel destinations or experiences on behalf of the
organizer.

or current situation which is important for the traveler.

The rules also apply in cases where PIF is electronic. PIF is used for the purpose of giving the organizer the opportunity to prepare the trips in the best way according to the traveler’s conditions.
If PIF or other relevant formalities are not submitted within the specified time frame, the organizer
may charge extra costs in the form of administrative costs from the traveler
Deviating from the travel arrangement
8.4 A traveler who deviates from the event after the start of the trip is obliged to notify the organizer or his representative.
In the event of a deviation in accordance with chapter 8.4, no refund will be made of the parts of

Risky activities
8.5 Some of the organizer’s trips and activities may contain elements that can be defined as potentially risky. Examples of these can be high altitudes, motor vehicles, weather conditions, wild animals and flowing water. It is the traveler’s obligation to inform himself and have knowledge of any
risks that the booked activity or trip entails. In some cases, there are no alternative activities to
complete the trip. With the time of booking, the traveler approves the above and the organizer
can therefore not be held liable if the traveler does not participate.

the experience or the trip itself. AllXTravel does not reimburse and should not be held responsible for any additional costs that may have arisen as a result of an experience.
Such additional costs include but are not limited to travel and accommodation costs.
If there is a significant error on the package trip after your departure, the organizer is responsible
for the traveler receiving some form of compensation, such as an excursion trip or another
room. If the traveler has not received a compensation arrangement, or if the compensation has
been of lower quality than what the traveler would actually have received, the traveler can request
a price reduction from the organizer. The traveler may also be entitled to damages if the traveler
has incurred extra costs as a result of the error.
If something has gone wrong during the trip, it is important that the traveler complains to the
organizer or dealer as soon as possible. The organizer must then try to rectify the error within a
reasonable time. If the error is not due to the traveler, the traveler is entitled to a price deduction,
and also damages if the traveler has incurred extra costs.
If you want to complain about your experience, send the complaint to info@allxtravel.com.
After that, AllXTravel will investigate the complaint together with the responsible
organizer of the experience and answer you within 20 working days of the case being received.

the same series, provided that notification is made as soon as possible.

damage, personal injury and property damage. The traveler is obliged to limit the damage as much
as possible.

this limitation does not apply to personal injury or damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
